Frequently asked questions

Do I need an appointment?

No appointments are needed for your visit, unless it is for COVID testing.

However, we perform pre-screening check-ins for all patients before walking into our clinic. All done in a timely manner. To ensure your safety, we perform a quick COVID screening questionnaire and temperature check prior to you entering our clinic.

Don’t delay your urgent medical needs. Get convenient care the same-day.

How much does an urgent care visit cost?

Urgent care clinics are a much more affordable alternative to emergency rooms for non life-threatening illness and injuries.

For patients with insurance, we accept most major insurance plans and can bill the insurance companies directly. The amount that you will be billed is the rate that has been negotiated with your insurance plan. You will also be expected to pay your outlined urgent care co-payment immediately.

For patients without insurance or those patients with high deductibles who may choose not to submit their claim, Our fees are affordable and comparable to other urgent cares in the area for a consultation with the physician, and any additional services such as injections, x-rays, and procedures will cost extra.

What will I need to pay upon checking in?

Insured patients will be expected to pay their outlined urgent care co-payment upon checking in.

Self-pay patients will be charged upfront for a clinical visit with the physician, and additional charges will apply for other services.

What do I need to bring to my urgent care visit?
